Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped Monday through Friday excluding holidays. We work to ship orders as quickly as possible. lease note we cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, Hotels, Prisons, or addresses outside of the continental United States, including Guam, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, The Virgin Islands, Alaska, Hawaii, and others. In addition, at this time, we are only shipping to the continental United States, and no international shipping addresses will be accepted. If any item in your order is delayed, out-of-stock, or back-ordered, we will notify you as best as possible and automatically ship the items when they become available. If you refuse an undamaged/non-defective item after shipping from the factory/warehouse, you will be charged for the full shipping and return shipping costs and a 25% re-stocking fee, plus any credit card transaction fees incurred by FREEDOM WARRIORS. If the carrier holds your merchandise for four or more days, storage fees are the customer's responsibility.
If a shipping carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we will attempt to contact you. You may be offered a choice between having FREEDOM WARRIORS issue a full refund (less all shipping charges), or we can arrange for you to pay postage and have the package shipped a second time. If we cannot contact you, we will issue a full refund (less all shipping charges). FREEDOM WARRIORS reserves the right not to re-ship orders returned to us as undeliverable. Your package may be undeliverable for one of the following reasons:

an incorrect address

a typo in the address

an out-dated address

the address was a P.O. Box, APO, FPO, hotel, or prison address
It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping information. Another reason for a possible return is if another person at the destination address is not expecting a package and refuses delivery. It is your responsibility to inform individuals who may not know of your recent order. Please check your delivery address carefully before submitting your order. Most of our shipping carriers will make three delivery attempts. If a signature is required and no one is present to accept the delivery after three attempts, the package will be returned to us.
Return & Exchange Policy
If an item does not meet your expectations we are happy to exchange via store credit of equal value within 30 days or refund a portion of the sale. Due to a portion of the sale going to communities and churches in need. We do ask that some items be returned for exchanges and must be in new condition. If you receive a damaged or defective item we can ship you a replacement within 30 days of purchase. Please reach out to us with any questions.
